Paddock Camel Ride

Never experienced a camel ride before? Then this Paddock Camel Ride is perfect for you! To get a
better feel about what it’s like to ride aboard a camel, enjoy this 5-minute ride within its paddock.
The perfect activity for adults and kids alike!

Camel Feeding

While camels are known to go for long periods without food and water, why not make this occasion
special and feed one with your own hands. Afterall, how often do you get the chance to be face to
face with these highly social and majestic desert creatures?

Important: The Camel Rides are done at the Big Cats Kingdom which is part of Mauritius Safari
and Bird Park. Accordingly, we offer you to purchase the Camel Rides excursion together with the
entry tickets to the park.

Casela! Come and experience family time like never before with the Monkey Swing, the Dino

little chefs at the Wamwam restaurant.

Note: Camel activities are not available on Sundays; only viewings will be available.
Activity time will be subject to the time slots available at the park. If clients miss their specific time slot booked, there will be no money refund or rescheduling.
Please note that giraffe observation and feeding are not available on Mondays & Thursdays.
The park is open daily from 9am to 5pm, except on Saturdays until 9pm for Casela By Night
(Pangia Rides, Tulawaka Gold Coaster & Wamwam Restaurant).
The park will be closed on 25th December and 1st January.
Access will not be granted without presentation of a ticket or voucher.
You are requested to arrive at the park 45 minutes before your activity time.
All times above are indicative and will be reconfirmed at the time of booking.

Food & Drink are not allowed inside the Parks
IMPORTANT NOTE: Foreign Language Clients: Participants should ensure that they
understand either English, French or Mauritian Creole, which are the languages used to explain the safety procedures of the activities. Unless clients (who do not understand any of the mentioned languages) provide a translator, they cannot take part in any of the activities that include a safety talk for safety reasons.

Safari Bus is a complimentary activity offered with the entrance ticket and if missed,
there will no refund/res
cheduling.
Health & Safety Notes
Minimum Age: 5 years
Weight limit: 100kg
Minimum Height: 1m20
Children under 12 years must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Please do not scream, shout, kick, slap or jump up and down while riding or while in close
proximity to the camels; it may scare the animals and cause an accident.
All participants must be physically and mentally capable to perform this particular activity.

Participants should not have any major hearing or visual impairments. If the health and safety
restrictions for your activity are not respected, “NO” refund will be considered. These rules are for
your safety.

Activities are still carried out in rain, and no refunds will be given if a client chooses to not participate. In the event of adverse weather, activities may be rescheduled for security purposes by the Management of the Park.
