Start with pickup from your hotel and first visit Le Domaine des Aubineaux. Discover a collection of photos of colonial houses and learn about the wider tea industry.
Visit the Camphor tree garden, see the trees of the endemic forest, and enjoy the beautiful sights of the tea plantation. Stop at the old stable turned into a distillery, where the secrets of the distillation of essential oils will be revealed to you. At Le Domaine de Bois Chéri, learn about the tea production process at the factory. See old machines, 19th century, photos, tables, and historical documents. Take a walk in the tea plantation and hear the stories and tales of the Bois Chéri along with the importance of tea production in Mauritius. Visit the tea museum and tea tasting accompanied with delicious biscuits at the chalet. Visit Le Domaine de Saint-Aubin and learn about the estate that produces sugar cane used to make delicious rum, with tastings included.
